How we find the driver after our flights land. |

Our drivers will meet you at the airport information desk inside the arrival terminal. Drivers will hold you name on the board. If you cannot find your driver please call the office. |

What will happen if our flight is delayed? |

All flights are monitored with the airline whether it’s coming early or late no matter how late, the driver will be there to meet you without any extra charge. |

How long the driver will wait at the airport |

The driver will wait at the terminal up to maximum of one hour in the meantime he will try to make any contact with your, if he does he will wait there until he meets you. It’s your responsibility to contact the office if you’re getting late in customs or in the immigration. |
